VivaAerobus started operations on November 30, 2006 with its hub at Monterrey International Airport (MTY), in Monterrey, Mexico.   1. estoy super indignada con el servicio al cliente de esta aerolinea retrasos de vuelos promenten reembolsos cierto dia y nada de lo que dicen es cierto no recomendare esta aerolinea con ningun amigo o familiar sus empleados les falta entrenamiento paraque ir en mas detalles sino volare con esta aerolinia nunca mas tiene 3 semanas que segun mi remmbolso iba a ser depositado y hoy llame para ver que paso y segun no procesaron nada porque segun no tenian mi informacion cuando yo les di todo lo que necesitaban hace 3 semanas que poca etica tienen
