Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, trading as THAI (SET: THAI, is the flag carrier airline of Thailand. Formed in 1988, the airline has its corporate headquarters in Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, and primarily operates out of Suvarnabhumi Airport.   1. Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
    We are staff of French Embassy in Beijing. We travelled (parents + 3 kids= 5pax) using thai airways from Beijing to Bangkok round trip
    departure 22 december TG 615
    return 04 january TG 674.
    (reference PEK82427 or WS15656)

    On return trip, 2 of our 5 luggages were severly damaged. It was recently purchased in Paris branded luggages. it’s not acceptable that in a single route from Bangkok to Beijing 2 of our luggages are damaged. We are frequent traveler with Thai airways. We kindly request repair or reimbursment of our luggages. We cannot take in charge those damage.

  2. Dear sir,

    We availed the services of Thai Airways from India to Indonesia via Bangkok on 25 Mar 2019 by flights TG 36 and TG 431. Booking reference is K2NEMV.

    The flight was extremely comfortable, however, since we are vegetarians, we could not enjoy the hospitality of the Thai Airways cuisine.

    We are flying back from Bali to Delhi via Bangkok on 02 Apr 19 by flights TG 432 and TG 331.

    May we kindly request you to provide us the vegetarian meals on these flights. The meals should not have any eggs, meat or fish. Booking reference is K2NEMV.
