To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Captain Prasert Ammartek, US Army. My family and I bough the Japan Airlines ticket through Cheapflightstreak.com and due to the pandemic outbreak and I was ordered to deploy overseas April 2021 until now

I contacted Cheapflightstreak’s Customer service mentioned that we have to travel within March 2022 according to Japan Airlines guideline.

I am still deploying overseas and my children are still in school and we were unable to travel within March 2022.

We would like to postpone our trip to June 25, 2022 to BKK, Thailand and return to US on July 24, 2022.

If the company need to prove my order Title 10 Deployment, I am willing to provide the documents as well

Cheapflightstreak.com has no options for us at all and still confirm that we have to travel by March 2022. Cheapflightstreak Agent told us to contact Japan Airlines and ask for extension to June 25 with email and authorization from Japan Airlines. We contacted Japan Airlines saying that since we bought the ticket through third Party so they have no authority to do anything. They told us to deal with Cheapflightstreak.com directly.

We get stuck as time
