  1. Dear Customer,
    I am writing regarding compensation which we were (I) promised as a result of long time delay, and finally cancellation of FLIGHT BE7616 Flybe with booking refernce no;FD7XDN supposed to fly from London- City Airport to Aberdeen Airport on the 17 \07\2018. Actually, it was a long story but the most important thing there was that the airline were nice to us. They looked for a mini bus , took us to a hotel where we slept. They following morning on the 18\07\2018 , proper arrangement was made. We were taken to a another airport to Glasgow, where spent some hours before Coach came and drove us to Aberdeen airport in the evening . They promised compensation and it is what i am asking for in this message. Send email or ring my phone if further clarification is required . .
