Hello,
We took a flight from Windhoek to Brussels on 17/09 and when we came home we saw that our to bags were opened (both had a green sticker with Security screening’) and my laptop, charger and a bottle were missing / stolen.
I reported this on the website and get a case reference number (19966613).
Because i heard nothing the last few days i called BA in Brussels where they told me i had to wait 5 tot 6 weeks before they will contact me ???
Is this real and acceptable?
What do i have to do meanwhile because i have no laptop anymore at this moment.
