My Cash Travel Card was used 5 times to try to pay for booked luggage on Flight 703 from New York to Saint John, NB via Toronto on 26th June. The transactions were $50.00, $50.00, $50.00, $50.00 and $25.00. I was assured that only one transaction would be authorized despite his many attempts to get my card to work. Well $25.00 has been taken from my card, and the other 4 x $50.00 charges are still pending. Can this please be rectified immediately. It has been quite annoying and despite my attempts to contact Air Canada in Saint John I was unable to get through. Even the desk attendants were unable to have any success. Because I was on international roaming I could not get through. They tried and due to a 16-23 minute wait they tried to leave their desk number at Air Canada and the message would not accept it ( apparently it came across as a private number.) I tried emailing from the address they gave me on the Air Canada contact card and that bounced back. I travelled on 26th June and I am still waiting to have these charges dropped. Can you please acknowledge my e-mail and correct this? Thank-you.
