  1. Hi,

    I am making a complaint about not being able to change a passenger. The ticket is paid for, but someone is not able to go. We have another family member able to travel instead. Same dates, adult fare, no difference to the airline at all. Please explain why you have this policy. This is the explanation sent to me-

    “With regards to your email for booking KFTK3V, please be informed that once the booking is confirmed, no cancellation or change of passenger is allowed and payment is non-refundable in line with our Terms & Conditions. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to accommodate your request.”

    I did not confirm any passengers as I have not supplied passport details. This was not available at the time of booking.

  2. I have booked 4 tickets from Alor Star to Tawau on 31July 217 for December 2017. Booking no.PM986D. On 16 Oct 2017 The flight had been rescheduled. I did not accept and I request the refund.

  7. My husband and I just returned from a trip to Bali on Air Asia. In first class we were offered Ipads to watch diwnloaded movies. Before you can watch it, you must fill out your name, email, age bracket snd Nationality. Are you aware America, United States, USA is not listed? You have the Maldives, but you don’t have the United States? Is there a reason you would leave this off the list?
