  1. I have been waiting for a settlement of claim ref 958249 submitted Nov 2016. In your reply letter you asked for time and patience. You have had ample time and now my patience is rapidly running out.

  2. Please help me. I was on a flight from Dublin to LAX the end of December 2017.There was a mechanical problem and the flight was diverted to Shannon. I have filled out the paperwork to be compensated for this delay and upset, ( a friend I made on this trip has already been compensated) I have tried to call Aer Lingus but I have received no response.
