Please help me. I was on a flight from Dublin to LAX the end of December 2017.There was a mechanical problem and the flight was diverted to Shannon. I have filled out the paperwork to be compensated for this delay and upset, ( a friend I made on this trip has already been compensated) I have tried to call Aer Lingus but I have received no response.
