  1. Dear Assisted services

    We have booked two tickets from Prague to Tokyo on Sunday 1.8.21 at 14:00 from Prague and

    18:15 from Frankfurt.

    My wife will need a wheelchair from the Frankfurt connection to the cabin of the plane.
    We have already arranged assistant services at Prague Vaclav Havel airport to Frankfurt

    Our flight numbers are LH1397 from Prague and LH716 from Frankfurt.

    We have already reserved assistance on the ticket but I need to be absolutely sure that she will have a wheelchair from the cablin of the flight to the cabin of the next flight and be able to use the wheelchair during our layover in Frankfurt. I am contacting you now since we are leaving on Suday. Please confirm with me that our reservations for a wheelchair are valid and there will be a wheelchair available for her from the cabin of the fligith to the cabin of the next flight and she will have a wheelchair when we get to Tokyo.

    I will contact Luftansa at Vaclav Havel airport in the morning but I wish to send this email to be sure that my request will be fulfilled since she is not able to walk and will need the wheelcchair.
