Yes l have had difficulty in contacting the office at Seef. I have booked my tickets. However l now realize l have made a mistake. I have tried to change my booking on line . However it seems l can’t do this and needs to be done at Emirates offices. I have tried ringing and also checked on line for Ramadan opening times. No information given to your customer. Please can anyone let me know when the SEEF offices are open during Ramadan . This is most inconvenient and should be on your website.
