  1. I still not received my Official Receipt since the booking day of my ticket on 27/3/2017.
    My booking number XE4P5D only received the itinerary. And I go through manage booking to retrieve my OR but still cannot make it.

    I need OR very urgent in order to submit to my company, otherwise i cannot claim the ticket fees.

      1. I recently purchased a ticket from Manila to Bacolod and on arrival to the airport was told the payment was still under process and so canceled the ticket. I specifically asked the staff to cancel the pending payment to which they assured had been done. I had to re-book a later flight and waste half the day sorting it all out. After the ticket was cancelled the payment was processed and now I have to wait 20 days to get my money back after all the issues cause by Cebu Pacific. Traveler beware.

  9. I would like to inquire about flight cancellation and re booking. My officemate had an emergency at Iloilo while attending a convention there for civil engineers. Due to illness he need to go back to cagayan de oro soon and not finish the convention. Can he cancel and rebook his flight at an earlier date. Also he cannot yravel alone so two of his companions haf to rebook their flight along with him. Is this possible and will the cancellation and rebooking will not incur them additional rebooking fee? It is an emergency case.

  14. I was texted by Cebupacific informing me that our flights have been changed. Arrival has a difference of 5 hrs.
    You guys cant just nake these changes without any option for us to change our flights!!!!
    I called the hotline and they made me wait for 2 hrs, only ending up with a reply that i have to pay charges if i want to change any flight details?!!!!
    I never asked for this in the first place!!! THERE WOULD BE A BIG EFFECT ON OUR ITENERARY BECAUSE OF YOUR ABRUPT CHANGES!!!

  16. We have been trying to resolve a claim issue for over 2 months. The contact person at Cebu Pacific is simply not responding to my emails anymore thinking that the problem will go away. The Cebu Pacific employees name is Lester Q Kibanoff his email address is lester.kibanoff@cebupacificair.com

    Cebu Pacific damaged and lost part of my baby car seat. They initially told us to buy a replacement and we would be reimbursed the cost of the new seat. Then, they changed their mind and said they would give us compensation for the broken part which is not replaceable and is specially made with special foam. I am still waiting for full compensation for the baby car seat. I should not have to pay for a new one as Cebu Pacific broke it on one flight and lost it on another.

I would like to inquire how to do bill payments via payment centers like Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC, 7 Eleven and among others, I book a flight in Cebu Pacific online and was given a reference number with 14 digits. But when I’m about to pay to Cebuana Lhuillier, they don’t accept it because they only allow 12 digits. I tried to other payment centers, it was still the same. The staff insisted that their system only accepts 12 digits. I’m quite disappointed.

    In this connection, may I ask for an explanation of this matter? How could a customer like me pay an online booking via payment centers?
