i have not been contacted since we filed our request of Funds return of our tickets on the 7 th of September 2017 , all flights where cancelled from St Maarten to Paris -Munich and returns
due to Hurricane Irma,and our Island of st Maarten was destroyed, we have over 6.000 us dollars on tickets that we could not use we where evacuated from st Maarten to Santo Domingo.
we are solid customers of Air France for years , but now that we wont our credit payback , no reply on Air France , even do we made request s in writing . please respond
