Hi!
Our baggage is lost! Supposed to travel by AC 1663 from Fort Myers Feb 12 to Toronto and then leave Toronto
by AC 882 Feb 12 and arrive in Copenhagen Airport Feb 13.
It did not arrive. We have contacted Aviator at CPH Airport and have a code number for their search.
When we contacted again, they found out that our suitcase, a handsome bright green Samsonite, had been sent to Detroit.
After that, we have tried to contact Air Canade Baggage tracer, but that website does not Work.
We have a lot of pretty valuable things in that piace of baggage, and our insurance company has told us to contact Air Canada three weeks after the planned arrival date. That will be on march 6, coming Wednesday.
But how do we get in contact with you?? By this mail??
